Anyone been out or sailing Botany later?

I'm looking at 2pm on the water. Or will that be too late?

I've yet to score the wind at the right time here in Sydney

Did you get out? Was a nice steady southerly yesterday arvo, not too strong. Would have been a good sail.

I'm going to try the southern end of the bay next time, launch near St George sailing club. Hopefully line it up with an incoming tide.

Yeah had a great sail,
At that little beach where all the plane spotters go,
the tide dropped and some decent Ramps presented themselves !

Anyone else ever Sailed there????

NE'r and an outgoing tide looks like would work very nicely too.

Anybody else noticed that sea breezes are almost always:
4pm = 9am ° + 90°, knots x 2
?

So if it's 10 knots and NW at 9am it'll probably be 20 knots and NE at 4pm. (today)
