Yeah - 12 to 15 kts is about the best you will get these daize. 
Big westerly due to hit at lunch Thurs.
I tell ya I am bloddy close to loosing my sh#t with this lack of wind & ability to get out when it blows for the 2 hours its actually around!!!! 
some people have all the luck .next thing you'll be telling us its just board shorts & harness , enjoy!!!!!!!!!
Just wait until the junket lads get back. It will be a balmy 15 deg and p***ing down. [}:)]
