Going camping around Potato Pt with chrissie. Any wave sailing action around there? Should I bother bringing windsurfing gear or just stick to SUP? Cherio!
You can sail at Tuross just north and Dalmeny(?) south, it's cross on with backside wave riding. Not the ultimate wave sailing spot but good jumping.
i was there in the first week of the school holidays and it blew like a bastard. NE was about 25 to 30 and there was a kite surfer of the lake entrance up the beach towards Tuross. It also blew NW to SW a few times and then kicked in from the S to SE a couple of days. t was that windy that i wished i had taken some gear
