Sailors subject to nard strike!!!! I imagine that a nard smear would not JUST wash off a board, some elbow grease would need to be applied. 
Just saw it on ABC news,with warning about swimming in the bay for the next few days or until testing had been completed by the EPA.
Was looking forward to the possibility of a southerly tomorrow but guess will have to re-consider now,if in the unlikely event it does get above 15 knots.
Might try the smell test if its windy.
