Yesterday looked like a decent NE, Bellambi showing 20-25 and a few out at Wanda which looked about 15-20 with 2 foot waves.
DEPRESSINGLY the next couple of months are average wind wise.
sorry for the lack of pics lately... I was in Sydney in the morning and didn't get back until lunchtime. I figured it was a bit late to post anything at that stage.
The wind was about 20 - 25 knts and bigger waves were in the chest high range... It wasn't really the size that was great but the fact that the better waves you seemed to be able to ride forever. I think I counted 7 or 8 turns on one wave.
There were quite a few people that came down for the day which was great to see.
Personally I think this was mostly it for the summer as far as Nor'Easters are concerned. I think there will be the odd day with Nor'Easter in March but don't expect it to be much stronger than what the Point Perpendicular forecast says. Yesterday was essentially a perfect match.
