I'll be windsurfing up at Nelson bay this week coming.
I'm most interested in waves, but will do bump and jump if required! Anyone around?
Thinking Fingal bay may be the best, but there will be limited swell. Does anyone sail Anna Bay in the Nor Easter? down the beach from the surfclub looks to be the right direction and a little more exposed to the swell.
let me know your thoughts and availability.

PS my biggest sail is a 6.2 - If it's 8m Slalom weather I will be playing with my kids!
Anna bay can be really good in a NEer if there's some swell. You can either rig near the surf club or drive on the beach with a 4x4. Only ever sailed any bay, maybe some locals might give a few more options.
Birubi or samurai can be good for down the line. Both have white pointers, birubi you probably won't see one, samurai you definitely will if it's sunny

I'll go with birubi, largely to avoid the walk... and will keep my eyes averted

Birubi was great fun this arvo, 2ft 20kts (gusty) cross off wind.
Brilliant! Will be there tomorrow if anyone else is around.
