Hey, heading to nambucca for long weekend, staying at caravan park at the breakwall.
Bringing the wave gear, anyone else be there to guide me to the best spots??
I have sailed at Wenona head/3rd head which blasts in a NE. Just keep in mind there is no running water there and only a pit for a toilet. There might be taps/showers by now, as I haven't been there for a few years.
Valla for southerly.
Nambucca breakwall for NE, not sure of the exact spot to launch, I guess off the caravan park.
The Nats are at Woolgoolga this weekend so there might not be many wavesailors around.
Nambucca main in a direct s to sse. Nambar for experienced in north east. South Valla is ne spot but onshore in se. 3rd head or Wenona is n through to ne . Obs look sketchy for weekend but if this graph rings correct on sat morn, may score an early session at Wenona if lucky before pear shape. Friday looks the goods but could get too strong at Wenona if it really kicks in. South valla can usually take it to 4metre sail size .
