NSW Windsurfing Series starts in ernest next week end, October 5th & 6th. So dust of the gear and get on up to beautiful Hawks Nest for the first heat.

A great week end was had by all at the Windsurfing NSW heat at Hawks Nest this past long wk end. Here are the results after 2 awesome days of racing. Thanks James for putting this together for us.
What a weekend of racing such a beautiful place.
Great start to the season ahead.
5 races on Saturday in 10 to 15 knots and 2 races on Sunday in 8 to 12 knots.
There were so many battles going on it was terrific & the different course on Sunday really mixed it up , especially for two people that were enjoying there egg and bacon breakfast. Murray and Wayne missed the briefing and consequently missed the mark it has now become know as the big breaky mistake.
Good to see Sam Parker back kicking our buts its a shame he could not back it up on Sunday as he became sick. "who spiked his beer ????"
A big thanks to the race crew Glen Rumford, John Bear, John Mcilveen who made my task a lot easier, the proficiency of the racing was outstanding.
