Marmong Point Spring Regatta 17th September

To kick off a huge summer of racing across NSW, Marmong Point Sailing Club are holding their annual Spring Regatta on Saturday 17th September. Unlike previous years, our regattas this year will just be one day, so no need to worry about accommodation etc.

Marmong Point is an easy drive under 2 hours from Sydney, and a BBQ will be held at the end of racing for all competitors and their families. Prizes will be awarded for this regatta, and the results will count towards the overall 2011-2012 Four Seasons Series.

For your calendar, other regatta dates in the series are:
- Summer Saturday 14th January, with Sunday 15th reserved for a Long Distance Marathon race from Marmong to Pulbah Island return
- Autumn Saturday 17th March
- Midwinters Saturday and Sunday 14/15 July

Spring Regatta is this Saturday.

To get the most of Spring Regatta, racing will start at 10:30am, ie registration 9-10am, briefing 10am. A great opportunity to come up to Lake Macquarie for a full day of racing and be back in your bed Saturday night!

RACING 10:30 HRS
