Well today is my last windsurfing day in maui as we are flying out at 9 am tomorrow.
Since may 31 i have sailed every single day except one. that was the day it was gusting to 40 -50 knots and everyone just decided to have a rest day. We had saied the previous day on 4.0 sails and were hammed in the 30-40 knot gusts coming thru.
Statisic wise i
4.0 - 2 days
4.5 - 10 days
5.3 - 4 days

Big thanks to Matt prichard who hooked me up with the spreckelsville beach estate . this place is windsurfing heaven . Rig up grass out the front of your unit and carry it down the beach into the water and off you go. No driving hassles and at end of session just hang sail up fully rigged in the shed and your done.
Sprecks probably has some of the best wind on the north shore as well. weather your a novice in the waves like me or a professional wave sailer this beach has plenty to offer.

Will definately be back :)
