Gday Boys n Girls
Anyone going for a speed sess tommorrow at Primbee?? I havent sailed in ages and want somebody to hold my hand!!! Maybe show me the speed spots.
I'm good for fins, but what do u reckon sail size would be required. Smallest i have is 5.5 maui slalom. Might be a handful from the current wind prediction.
See ya peps

No point in going, There's going to be no wind and no one sails there anymore anyways.
That's said with 40-45 knots it should keep the kite boys away.....So should be sick as.
If the wind holds up it'll be a 4.7 for me but that's wave gear.
....And I think there will be 4000 sailors there tomorrow and the biggest spike in sickies the work force has ever seen.
I'll be there with my son and we'll be using 5.5s so don't worry we can all be overpowered together and will still have some fun.
Looks like bare mast sailing today can't believe the wind strength here in Dapto this morning it's just nuts get out the hankies boys if you're going to hit the water today.
a few of us gustbusters will be there on Friday, ranga will be bringing the club house you cant miss it , call in and say hi and a coffee cheers keith
are there flat whites and toasted sandwiches served in the clubhouse?
dezza you missed the last meeting , I put a motion to appoint you as head caterer , seconded by ranga and too be discussed at the next meeting what you will need to supply ,
i'm heading out to wollumbulla later to check the water level for ssw on Saturday, my guess is it has dropped a bit and if it's sailable it will be shallow , if your sailing you mite need to borrow an 18cm , i'll keep you posted

Yeh man.... my Rocket takes a tuttle. Would be very stoked to borrow a fin for the day. I've got a job interview at 10am, but might head down after. Cheers

Ok, lets see what the committee have to say, I can look at a catering services proposal, will probably better outsourced.
Also while we're at it, can we discuss the installation of a hot shower facility? ![]()
I hope to join in the primbee sess tomorrow, also thanks for checking the lake level, keen to see what you think for Saturday - look out for that spinning dog
Had a great first sail there last week. Loved how shallow it was and how flat... perfect place to regain the sea-legs. It was pretty North, so apparently not the best direction (??), but I'll definitely be heading back down there again.
I also had a 33cm weedy, which was scraping the bottom between gusts and a bit of a pain in the backside, but I've now got a very s3xy new 24cm weedy.
The water was warm as (compared to floating around out the back between sets while surfing). I'll definitely be donning the springsuit next time, rather than the 2/3 steamer, which was over-kill.
I loved this spot. My missus was stoked to sit in the car, listening the radio and reading girly mags, while still be able to keep an eye on my progress (or lack there of). Such an awesome spot. Can't wait to get back there again.
Peace
