Ho ho ho - and I'm not a fat guy in a red suit looking for a ho.....but Santa has delivered, albeit a Southerly, this Friday. 
So Kyeemagh Fun Race Xmas Social will be held this Friday. The emphasis will be social but I do plan some sprint racing, very easy and relaxed format. Just enough to generate a good thirst for the beverages.
Please put this in your diary and encourage the other half to attend and the kids as well. Spread the word...

As usual, just to show my commitment and dedication I'll be there early to test conditions, just so I can advise on the best sail to rig.
It's all right don't thank me I like to make sacrifices for my fellow sailors. 
If anyone wants to give their kids or partners a go on a learner board please let me know and I'll bring one down. You may need to be there early before the wind picks up too much.

Seems like Friday could be a challenge for some. Can I please get a show of hands for those that Friday is good.
Potentially we could move to next Tuesday ( very close to Xmas) as there is a monster NE'er forecast. Let me know what you think????

I'm good for Tuesday as well.
You missed some great wind yesterday. It started off at 6-8 kts then gradually rose to 20kts over the next hour. I was managing to get planning in the 8-10kts winds.
I was hopelessly overpowered on the 9.8m and formula board in those winds and had some real trouble getting downwind.
Looks like quite a few people, that work, can't make tommorow / Friday so we'll postpone to next Tuesday weather permitting. I'll confirm on Sunday.
I'm good for Mon & Tues
But Wed is wifey's Birthday....so I had better not go out sailing!!!!
Going up to my folks place near Nambucca this weekend for a week. Great forecast for Monday & Tuesday. Probably going to go to either Stuarts Point or SW Rocks.
