The appropriate association people are aware of this, education is needed.
It happens at Canton Beach and locations everywhere.

What do you mean? He's just drying his sail after a huge session on the water. He thoughtfully positioned it high up to avoid inconveniencing anyone else.

Interestingly enough, the "rig stuck in a tree" photo was posted in a Seabreeze kiteboarding forum a few weeks ago.
