The Wanda event has relocated to gerroa tomorrow due to safety concerns at wanda beach. 2nd day sign on at 10.30am sharp in car park at gerroa.
Conditions for tomorrow looking epic.

Gerroa delivered the goods. Possibly the best conditions for wavesailing today in a few years. Unfortunately I was out of action with my foot injury and it was painful to watch every shred. It was awesome to see the stoke on the faces of everyone that got to rip up some of Gerroa's perfection though and thanks for the understanding from all in regards to the shifting of location. It was a big decision but from some of the photos I've seen of wanda it was the right one for our members.

Great call for switch, I'd say Wanda would have had
adequate wind but the surf was pumping most of the day. Gerroa was obviously amazing. Even the 'gong looked
like 20 knots, I don't know why I bothered checking the webcams!
Good call to move the comp as Wanda was huge and even the pros would have had a hard time getting out the back. The kiters had to chicken gybe heaps to get out.
