Hi

I am heading up to Hawks Nest with family and would like to get back into windsurfing after many years away and also get my kids up on a beginner board etc.
Is there anywhere around the area that I can hire beginners equipment that might also have some reasonable more advanced gear for lake sailing ?

Thanks

mister,
go to wind surf n snow at collaroy as apart from board crazy at belmont (who aren't doing much w-surfing retail) the next place I'm aware of is the coastal curves surf shop at nambucca.

there is a sailing club at wallis lake, they might have w-surf gear?

there's a few keen sailors around the great lakes area, hopefully they might reply??

If it's this week end, you won't need to rent anything, the wind will be ****....
We're going to port stephens (Corlette) with UNSW Windsurfing club and bring a trailer full of gear, but i'm afraid it won't really be of any use considering 6kt is the best we will get....

Hey thanks for replies.
I decided to break my collarbone on Day 1 - so any sailing plans dissolved !!
Did go to Smiths for a look... water level seemed pretty low, although I have no previous reference. No wind when we were there before Xmas.
Cheers
