Check out this vid of our Venturer Scouts learning to windsurf through last Summer. 15 of the 17 only started in Oct 2010 so had only been learning for 6 months.
looks like they had a lot of fun, is this course just for venturers and scouts? i would love to get some friends along to a course but sounds like you guys dont have enough gear for more?

I actually have a bunch of kit, that I reckon you might be interested in for the scout group (and possibly yourself for some of the better stuff that i might need to sell - talk about that later) I have a fair few booms and some sails that only need a couple of repairs and they are fine. Problem is - well its all up here...
Ill give you a call to discuss further - so good to see people getting young kids onto this sport - this is the ONLY way we get new generations of Polakows and they in turn pass it on to thier friends. Windsurfing is pretty much the best sport ever - people need to get on board... not excusing the pun at all...
Yeah its a top video. The part where they are catching the waves is really great. Its a lot of fun which is what windsurfing is all about.
