Was getting hammered on a 4.6m at Birdie this arvo. Didnt think it was going to be that strong. Santa came early.

I had to work today as well. Just wondering what it was like at Kyeemagh as I notice the wind was +30kts at some stages.
snuck out for a quick one before family xmas eve commitments. got there around 12pm and it looked quite marginal. my biggest sail is 5.7 so thought i would try that with my biggest board. got halfway through rigging it and decided the 5m was a better bet as it came up very suddenly. another 5 minutes and i went for the smaller board was well. got a very nice 2hrs in and was even on time for xmas eve. some pretty strong gusts and even some nice little ramps
