A little late I know but I'm back at work so sadly didn't have time to get out today. Sadly because the Southerly was a whole lot stronger than expected and the surf was a whole lot bigger as well.

Here a short video I snapped down at Werri Beach around 5pm. Did anyone get out in the Gong?

(edit: sorry for the poor quality. trying to get a better version onto Vimeo)

Peggies was firing this arvo, it probably gets conditions like that maybe once or twice a year...so stoked. Lots of surfers though claiming it as their own, wankers. I wouldn't mind if they played fair or could actually catch a wave but for the most part they are mobile speed bumps. Pretty funny when a 12yo kid is hurling abuse at you for no apparent reason; made it my mission to deny that wanker of waves for the rest of the arvo, mission achieved, douche. Have fun at the lower end of the food chain

Good work, its always the guys that can't surf that get the ****s at ya. I've never had a problem with good surfers
