Thumbs Up

Well, it's been pouring the last three days and the wind pretty much came from all directions but nothing noteworthy. Until this evening. Around 7:30 the Gerroa wind machine started working again. Sadly it's now too dark for any meaningful photos.

The wind has been consistently in the 30 to 45 knt range for the past 3 hours. All the while there is almost nothing further North or even down at Point Perpendicular. The Seabreeze graph is saying NW but that's totally off. The wind station on our roof is pretty consistently sticking to SSW / SW.

Surf was about 2 to 3 foot late today. If the wind holds out there might be the chance of a pretty decent sail first thing in the morning. We'll see... either way photos will follow once daylight breaks.

On a different note, I have heard there have been a few surf boards stolen car roofs lately.
