Just a quick note that for some bizarre reason the ocean decided to put on a Nor'Easter with swell this afternoon. Is was about 15 knts and swell was probably in the 4 foot range (I am guessing about chest high).

Personally was swamped with work and will be tomorrow but I watched three people going out late and getting what looked like a real fun session in.

As I understand it was raining further North... BTW, looks like we will have similar conditions tomorrow followed by a Southerly change on Friday. I'll try and get a report with photo up first thing tomorrow morning for those keen to drive down.

Naturally the next couple of days should actually be really good as I am tied up with work.

Same thing happened up here (gong)....it was super light southerly all day. I go for a roadie ride after work and suddenly i'm rinding into a 15kts NE'r...odd I thought. The southerly turned out to be fairly poor, hopefully Friday is better and it hangs around after work.
