I am looking for donations of old (and even damaged) discarded Formula boards.

I took the boys to Huskisson last month to see the Formula racing. The wind wasn't quite enough for us to do much sailing but they were super impressed watching Grae blasting around and said they might like to give Formula a go.

Although I'm very happy to hear that, there's no chance that we can get gear for everyone as they have just spent their parents' budget on upgrading their usual kit and getting bigger sails they needed since they grew (a lot) over the summer!

So I was hoping that if anyone has Formula boards and/or Cambered sails under 7.5 m2 they don't want anymore, it might be possible to get this happening...

Also, if anyone has any advice on the most suitable equipment for their age (14 yo) and what we should be looking out for, it would also be appreciated since I don't know all that much about it myself.

If you can help, please let me know.

Good time for formula now with the light winds season...I remember Grae was using a Hypersonic some time ago, which looks like a mini-formula. The issue in Sanctuary Point will be the weed and shallows, with those huge fins...maybe Keef can think of a 70 cm 45 deg. fin?
I have a 7.1 KA Race to donate, will bring it over next time.
