Check out this video of me trying to sail a formula board in strong winds.

There was a strong storm on Friday the 10th of August. I sailed the next day, BOM recorded 30 to 40 knots while I was out there. I couldn't launch from anywhere so I went to the park on Condamine Street Balgowlah were it was sheltered. Watch closely see if you spot the point where it looks like I've seen a ghost!!

Red is the new black.

I know I didnt handle it so well. Tell me what you think, be kind.

Regards Justin

Hey J-Lo!
Your face was conveniently pixilated out by a water drop on the go-pro!?!
'Onya for giving the Formula a crack when the dogs were blown off chains.

you win the BALLS OF STEEL 2012
I was out that day on a 4.2 and my slalom board was getting blown off the top of the waves, I cannot imagine how you could hold a formula.
