Reminder to everyone, the first big event on the NSWWA calendar is in 3 weeks! October 5th – 7th.
The theme of this event is State of Origin. State against state, mate against mate.
This event is close to enemy lines and word on the street is that they are sending in the troops in droves. Which state will win in numbers and performance out on the water and receive the first, annual Flatty Shield? Only time will tell!
Book you accommodation NOW!!! Accommodation and night activities will be based in and around Lennox Head and the preferred accommodation location is Lake Ainsworth Caravan Park.
We have prizes to the roof and are amped for a hyped up FUN, Action Packed weekend. Come one come all, sail galore. (New format means sail all day, party all night.)

State vs state, mate vs mate... It's much more personal for me: Brother vs brother. Seriously, family get-togethers have become quite tense since Tom and I started sailing.
And for the record it isn't a drop in if you're related. Those who sail with family members will understand.
Good thing it's a wave comp and not freestyle. I've heard the Qld sailors like the flicky spinny stuff!!
I spoke with them today. They are almost booked out. Next option is ballina heads leisure park who have some cabins and camp spots. They are 5 minutes drive away. Get in quick at either spot! More info to come tomorrow arvo!!!!
