Where is a good place to sail around botany if I am looking for flat water sailing today, i.e. moderate Southerly?

I only have big slalom gear, I often sail Kyeemagh, and La Parouse and Kurnell in a westerly, but I am not so sure on the other spots.

You need to head south if you want to avoid the swell. You can sail right down near St George sailing club, sailing across the mouth of Woolooware Bay, although the run is shorter. Look out for the oyster leases at the eastern end of the run.

RacerX,
Launching from the Storm-riders club house at Georges River Sailing Club is a great spot to launch from in a southerly, especially with big slalom gear. Park in the car park, rig on the grassy knoll and launch from the beach in front of the club. There are heaps of flat water options once you head out across the channel(Elephants Eye). You can make your way up to the speed strip or hug the shore line on the other side of the channel there and blast across the wind along that shore line.
Joining the club will give you the additional option of a warm shower and beer upstairs afterwards! <www.stormriderswindsurfingclub.com>;

Anyone else keen to meet at Georges River today. Should be the right angle and flat water Green Island practice.
