Is it any good at Lake Munmorah in a Easterly and where is the best place to rig?

At the Budgewoi end of Lake Mumorah there is a sailing club there that works well in an easterly. I can't remember the exact street but it is sort of hidden out of the way and faces to the east. (Noela Place?)
