Is Kurnell the pick of the spots in south Sydney for a Nor'easterly?

Just moved up from Melbourne and was going to head out from Ramsgate or Dolls Point...

YES
The wind is always stronger at kurnell - typiclally 3-5 knots stronger than the west side of the bay.
Rigging area is much nicer
the inside is a lot less rough that ramsgate / dolls

Dolls has a massive tidal flow thru the channel - current can drag you way down wind if not careful.

Con - lots of idiot kiters like kurnell but there is a lot of room to get away from them.(But they like dolls too)
- not as flat as kyeemah but then if you up to it you can sail directly accross from kurnell to the airpoirt.

Today high tide will be at about 2pm - high tide at kurnell is nice.

Sail Kurnell in a westly some weeks ago, some 3-4ft lumps out back to pop air off. Good spot for Saturday I'd say.
