I remember this photo from (Mari Barrios) on the same day's racing at Huskisson, Jervis Bay, NSW. Sam Parker and Mike Nelson battling off the start line.
This post reminds me of how fantastic the racing was last season. And every time we had a regatta we were rewarded with spectacular photos from Mari.

Correction on Formula calendar; State Titles for 2017 now have to be the wk end before because of a Marathon event running over the 18-19th Feb. So new date is the 11-12th of Feb.

Agree re photos- I remember seeing that one.. 
I was keen to go to at least 3 of the GPS events but the broken ankle has stuffed that idea.
At the moment the best case scenario is I'll be back on the water for mid Nov ( If I don't need another op)..so hopefully it will be ok and I can get up to speed for the Sanctuary pt event..I won't be very fit but if I can get there it should be fun.
I'm in! Can't wait!
