Hi Sunday looks good, where would be good for my first sail in Sydney. I've only brought a 5.0 Gaastra wave and board. Just looking to get out, not too fussed about find wave action yet, though I'm open to suggestions ;-)
Kurnell is probably going to be good on sunday, its way better in a westerly then kyeeghma. i might get out to kurnell on sunday![]()
It will be interesting to see how strong it is on Sunday, the forecast is suggesting it will be 30 knots plus. I hope my talking about it drops it to a manageble 25 knots instead.
It will be lucky to get to 25 knots from the look of it. Seabreeze is now predicting about 15 with all yellow arrows. Between now and then you can probably knock another 10 knots off, unfortunately.......
Shhhhh
Nah, Seabreeze is playing it down![]()
..even though BOM forecast (Fri 6pm on same page as S/B graphs) is predicting 25-33kts S/E early Sunday arvo, S/B says 10kts West
Laurie has finally worked out how to confuse the Wind Gods![]()
if the BOM says 30 knots then i trust BOM, my smallest sail is a five metre so i hope it drops to 25 knots!
Bloody hell, the seabreeze graphs are all over the place. I'm pretty sure Monday was all yellow arrows earlier today and now its all green! Its yellow for Sunday but the weatherman on the ABC just said Sunday will be windy.
Getting pumped indeed
Due to a series of administration errors (mostly on my part not being able to read dates properly) I was supposed to be doing a pre-wedding marital course this whole weekend, which was actually last weekend.
Soooooo.... Now I can hopefully go windsurfing tomorrow instead of listening to a bunch of people with 8 kids each
There is a 3.7 in my van which has Sunday arvo written all over it.
Kurnell Sunday then? Should be at least some wind, but just how much depends on how the cyclone develops to the south
