Hello.
I need some help from the windsurfing community.

I have just had all my windsurfing gear stolen from northern suburbs Melbourne. (04/07/2016)

-2011 GOYA CUSTOM (ORANGE, QUAD, 84L)
-2014 STARBOARD KODE (White/red, single fin, 94L)
-2012 North Hero sails (4.7,5.5)
-100% Carbon North Mast.

I am hoping that it must pop up somewhere for a price well below its worth. So if you see anything please let me know

Cheers for your help guys

You should be able to get the police over to the little thief's house or arrange some thing. That's gotta be the stolen gear. I just had a board stolen from the beach in Adelaide SA while I was packing up in the car park. Pretty brazen. Got another coming in sept though so it's not all bad.

UPDATE:The police have raided a bunch of properties today and have got 3 people associated with the theft and on-selling.
However, my gear appears to have been on-sold or stashed.

If you know, or see anything which matches my gear mentioned above please get in contact with me or the Preston Police department.

Cheers for the support guys, and hopefully it shows up.

So close, but so far

Hi Vonjew,

We were in a similar situation a couple of months back here in QLD. My wife made up a fact sheet complete with pics of the board and fin (just pics of the model from the internet) and emailed it to every cash converters in the state. She got all the emails from the main cash converters website, and phoned the main branches to let them know - they were happy to put it up in the staff rooms. Just make sure to include your police report reference number in the document.

Later that week it paid dividends with a keen eyed employee phoning the police.

We hope you have a similar happy ending with your gear.

Best of luck,

Dennis.
