34 is nuts, but given the conditions were not great there is probably a bit more speed to be squeezed out of it in better conditions.... Might need you Izaak on the nose to keep it down though
. The 34 peak in that footage was attained well away from the bank in the channel chop due to the wind angle the squall hit at. You can see someone get slammed behind us by it at the start of the footage at 0:36. Kato does the leeward overtake and Daffy and Matt can be seen reving up for a run on the tandem towards the end before I ride it backwards on the nose and spin out.

95 percent of that board seems redundant. A canard at the mast point mght produce a smoother ride (for 2seconds, maybe..)
