When a speed board is developed and tail rocker is taken into account, how far back from the back of the board should the rocker start to tapper up, and what sort of tapper is preffered, love to hear poeple's thought's on this.

No tail rocker at all, but definitely no negative rocker at all. Length of flat depends on the outline and tail width to some extent.

A tiny bit of tail rocker is good, frees the board up. Even though dead flat is technically correct for speed the board can feel a bit sticky if it has 0 tail rocker. My boards have about 1 - 1.5mm starting from 350 off the tail.
