Can you be more specific?
Sometimes the battery safety management causes hicups if it has had many short charges. Let it run down fully and try again.
"Batteries with fuel gauge (laptops) should be calibrated by applying a deliberate full discharge once every 30 charges. Running the pack down in the equipment does this. If ignored, the fuel gauge will become increasingly less accurate and in some cases cut off the device prematurely. "
it comes up with a firmware error on start up on the screen or when it does boot properly then u cant scroll through the icons and it wont turn off.
whoa! thats whats happpening to mine!... Except it seems to happen randomly, so when it was sent off for reapirs they didn't find anyting wrong with it >< Im trying to reload the firmware now, so we'll see how it goes..
If it's random, it's unlikely to be firmware, more like a bad connection somewhere.
Don't suppose there's any chance you've got a little bit of saltwater in there?
Although they should have seen evidence of that when you sent it back.
