my old computer died so sent Mal wright an email for a serial n/o for real speed I had purchased in 2008 to install on my new computer, installed real speed and was working fine until I installed internet explorer 8.1,
real speed stopped operating and couldn't get a machine code in the box , so set compatibility to windows98,windows/me , got the machine code and emailed Mal for a new serial n/o , no worries real speed is working, after shutting the machine down and rebooting I had lost the machine code again, so set machine to windows/95 and got a machine code emailed Mal and got another serial n/o and now real speed is working again
has anyone had the same problem or does anyone know what the problem was , thanks to Mal for responding so fast each time and being so patient
Im about to go through the same thing 2 as my computer has died aswell cant wait and not being a nerd this could be a nightmare for me good to know there is some support from Mal
