We have 2 gt-11's that have problems one of them started up and read one run,and then it turned it self off.did not read to the card and now will not charge or turn on.
The second one works as normal but will not read to the card it starts up,and shows ,unknown card, the card is the one that has allways been in it.all settings are right,but card will not format it shows fail, and then [-32768,aah] and then, shows [s:o]
can any one help and can they be fixed.
We've got a BGT-11 (bluetooth GT-11) that is a bit odd like your first one. It may be that the device is "crashed" without any display, and you may find that if you leave it for several days without trying to charge it, that it may then be possible to charge it and turn it on.
Our BGT sometimes crashes and we can't do anything with it until its batteries have completely discharged.
(I guess it may be possible to open it up and physically disconnect the batteries, but I've never tried.)
If you do manage to ressurect the device, try to re-flash the firmware. It's just possible that there is a firmware problem. If it's a hardware issue, you're stuck, unfortunately.
As for the second device, the first response you will get here is to try another card. Stick with a reputable brand. It is possible you have some water in the card slot, but it is more likely that your SD card has a fault.

We've ordered direct from Board Crazy in Brisbane, and they seemed good. I've also ordered from the uk over the internet, which was OK, but with the current exchange rate probably not the best deal around.
