had one of those never ending learning break throughs yesterday.
occasionally i get cramps in my feet when sailing. yesterday was the first time on the water for a while and after half an our i started to get the dreaded foot cramp happening. convinced it must be technique i had a look at my feet and realised i was pointing my front foot across the board and not towards the nose of the board.
after moving my foot to point forward, bingo, no more foot cramps. ![]()
