heres the end result of my previous post i managed to get my heel down by 30ml and also added some shock absorbers

waterboy i did a post a couple of months ago so this is the finnished result, i made the board last winter to replace my CA55,and made the changes to the foot strapps cos i found the nose lifting off chopp in winds from 25 to 30 knts, there was a bit of volume at the tail, so getting my heel a bit closer to the water mite sort it" lets hope "

and the wingers are just an experiment ,they only added 20grms to the weight so if they dont do anything ill take them off

no i made the board from scratch the reason i made it was the CA 55 was a bit big , this was my main board last year , im makeing a new board (wingers 'foot recesses and a scooped deck, with 5 mini nonconecting stringers) i hope to have it finnished for green island next month

your right there tim they died a fast death, the only one i have seen was they one we had

thanks gesty im doing another one from scratch and hopefully get it done for green island , but you wouldn't believe it ,the regulator on my pump shi.t itself on the finnal deck lay up so i couldn't vac the dec and i'm sure that will be about 1/2 kg in bogg but haveing said that the board laminated totaly is 4.2 kgs so ill be happy with 5.5
