Hey crew an executive decision was made and the joint winners of the Winter cup Pit Crew & SA DEmons will get half a cup each. Bits were odered today and the professor of engineering Decrepit has volunteered to make it happen.

Photo's posted when project completed, then will be sent to winners or I might hand deliver and present them myslef at the Speed event at Sandy Point?

Yes I'm driving over leaving Sunday 27th barring any late change of plans. If no wind in Adelaide will drive straight through and be there somewhere between wed and fri 2nd of Oct?

OK it's too late now, I've "slashed".

Started off with my Granddad's tenon saw, then finished off with the hacksaw, when I got close to the retaining bolt.

Finally in 2 pieces.

Now all I have to do is mount them.

No worries kato, hardy bought a nice soft cup, don't think granddad would have blinked.
Yep, I'm starting to feel more like my old self now, might not cut it again until I grab it in a gybe.
(although the other half may have something to say about that!)

Nice work! So with a half base perfectly flush with the cup parting line we can place them in front of mirrors

Sweet work decrepit, looks like there is some intense index finger steering going on there
