to all WA GTC speedsters!!!!!!!!!!
William Ditcham the Inaugural winner of the T1 Board prize, has generously donated the T1 speed board to the WA GTC Community. He felt that he wouldn't get enough use out of it, and wanted as many WA people to use it as possible.
It will live in my Windsurfing Trailer, so anytime you see me at a spot, or wanna come down to mandurah to trial it, just approach me, and you can have a go!!!
It's gonna need a bit of wind though as it's a pretty small board.
Thankyou William for your kind and generous offer!!!!!!
Had a try of it yesterday![]()
It goes quite nicely, but @ 90+kg it needed a bit more wind due to it's low volume.
But once up and planing it was quite fun to ride.
I will provide a 26cm fin following Slowies advice that a larger fin would have helped
Definitely worth a try on the flat stuff![]()

What a top gesture from someone who obviously must be a top bloke.
Hardie, no excuse now for not getting 40 in those winter fronts.. :-))
Am blown away with this gesture, its not like he has surrendered an old board but a new speed rocket state of the art job, to enhance the WA crews performance in the GTC stakes.
WD, your a bloody legend![]()
