I've rebuilt my time waster so now need a new registration number for RealSpeed, problem is my emails bounce back, "was rejected by the recipient domain" & "No such user here"
If Mal was away I think I'd just get the old "over quota" message.
I also have it registered on my son's laptop, but it's a pain having to belt him every time I want to use it ![]()
Does anyone know if Mal has a new email address other than sales@intellimass.com
or am I missing something ![]()

Firie, same process as when you need new number, email him direct. If he doesnt answer then send again.
Or fire a PM to Kato, he is in same team and will track him down![]()

I've had the same problem & haven't been able to contact Mal on sales@intellimass.com. Recently rebuilt my computer and realspeed no longer works!

Got onto Mal on Saturday about getting my laptop version registered. He answered that so he's around.
Thanks guys, I have been emailing sales@ which bounce so tried info@ which hasn't bounced yet so I'll wait and see.
If no good I'll try Dave's suggestion.
I've done it a couple of times before with no trouble
Mal gives great service, it's just the bounce that had me worried, he might be away for the weekend with better things to do ![]()
