Any idea where to get such a beast? Have been wanting a bit more speed out of my 04 77L JP FSW, it is running the stock 22cm fin at the moment but I think its holding me back. It start spinning out at the top end if its a bit choppy which isn't much fun.
I sail mainly in the bay in Melbourne so am looking for something a bit more freerace oriented but I haven't been able to find anyting under 26cm which I think will be a bit too much. I weight 68kg and generally sail a 5.2 loft freestyle.
Definetly not a speed sail but did manage to squeeze out a 30.9 knot run at Sandy Point last weekend.
If anyone has anything similar surplus to requirement I will gladly take it off their hands. Put a wanted add in 'buy and sell' but though I would ask here just incase.

Hi relapse, you may not need a fin that small, but for speed look at a slalom or speed fin. On my 93 litre F2 Axxis in 30 knts + at SP, I found that a 27 cm speed slalom fin was as fast or faster then a 25 cm similar one. You can get powerbox speed fins, example techtonics F1. I would maybe start with a 25 cm speed/slalom fin and see how that goes, and go smaller if you want.

That it seems select make a 25cm fin 'Devil Slam' but not sure if its a powerbox. Will have a look around for details.

I have used a 25cm MFC free ride on my FSW78. You can get them in power box. I used one on my wave board for speed runs, then re based it for the FSW.
You can have it for $50 if you want, I have a range of slalom boards now.,

here, do they still sell converter boxes from tuttle to powerbox or vice-versa if so what link can you give i had one before and could never find anymore on the internet..regards
