I was worried about the girls being right up my clacker, now Ive got the kids to contend with, only 0.93 of Kt behind me, the pressure!!!!!

I need a new sponsor so I can buy better gear!

Will have to rush the new Hydro-sonic board through the factory to get an edge over the kids at least

I have also noticed people using one sided booms, various brands, they only appear on big days and after big wipeouts.
Thought about making one but couldn't work out how to get back after heading out on a run

with these new booms you paddle out duckdiving the gear until you get out.

then waterstart and dtl all the way back in. on the days where the wind is from the opposite direction you flip the boom the other way round.

the technical term for these booms is assyboom.

I though they were convertable booms . Double sided going out ,but after the big wipeout they convert to single sided coming in . At least thats what mine did last week !!!
