Great vision of starting tiny boards and how close Finian and Antoine sail to the bank. Plus a nice 45knot spin out recovery by Bordes.
I noticed after Antoines fast run that he looked at what I gather was his GPS and then punched the water and I don't think it was because he was angry.
I wonder what the number he was looking at was
What sort of GPS's are those guy's on now?
You'll also notice they had the backhoe in and flattened all the vegetation that was making the wind so gusty last time. Antoine uses a Foretrex 201 and I'm sure he was over 50 knots on his fast runs. Finian runs with a NAVi GT-11. Just had a look at Antoine's 46+ run from November, he has his Foretrex set on auto for the trackpoints, at one stage he averaged 47.07 knots for 9 secs and 46.3 for 11 secs.
