I see now you need to upgrade your account on www.gps-speedsurfing.com/default.aspx to do equipment searches, has anybody done this, does it work, is it worthwhile and what does the 20 Euro work out to in Aus $.

I just tried to log on and it says Username not found..so stuff em I reckon and I will just stick with GTC. Much better without the euro trash 
The best thing about gps-speedsurfing is that you get an international view of speed sailing and I like to be able to search on equipment and see what combos can do what, so that mere mortals like me know what I might be able to achieve one day under good conditions and with some improved skill. World wide is the thing. 
As Choco said, they have pioneered the thing and I guess it takes a lot of effort to develop and maintain. Makes me appreciate what a gr8 job Nebs does for the challenge for no moula 
what gear do you use? is it Aussie made?
20 euro= just under $40..... my user name also disappeared. Signed in again as a new person using the same username and password...dont know how that will effect things when we eventually get wind.
