If you want to view up-to-the-minute rankings including this current month, then check this page out:
http://gpsteamchallenge.com.au/combinedrankings.php

Note that this includes July, so Elmo's hand-calculated table has different results (his doesn't include July). Also note that if you haven't yet posted a session in July you will get the maximum score (6 categories x 24 teams = 144 points). To climb up the ladder you have to post a session this month.

I'm open to suggestions for how to lay out this table, I can very easily make this table omit the current month, to give a better indication of what the current rankings are. But then once everyone posts a session that table will be out of date...

Many thanks to Elmo, Hardie and Mineral1 for kicking me up the bum with regard to this page.

Love it nebbs, gives an incentive to the teams that haven't posted to get rid of those red 144's!!!!!

Nebs, I think that table is great as it is, don't see any reason to leave the current month out.
My only very slight criticism, is how you get there from the rankings page, the month dropdown on the left and this link on the right, seems a tad clumsy somehow. How would it be to include it the month drop down, but it always comes up at the top.
With the current wording I suppose it would be less obvious it is there.

Sorry having trouble thinking of an improvement, and can't quite put my finger on what I don't like about it. May be it will come to me later.

Nebs, the cheques in the mail
Thanks
Working on an additional scoring system using PB's for team members to play with. Know what I want, just going to take a bit to work it out, so its an even base, even ramp for all, and its even across abilities.

Don't need you guys to do all the work, will see if I can solve it and then chuck at ya to play with.

Done. Thanks for the idea, I knew that the previous system was clumsy but couldn't think of a nice way to put the link in... putting it into the dropdown menu is a nice touch.

Let me know what you think.

Yep, seems fairly obvious, don't think that will confuse anybody. Certainly has a much cleaner look.
