Dear Speedsters, at this stage there is a forecast of 13 to 18 knots SSW for this Sunday.

This is the direction for Hardies Run to work. However, that strength of wind may be better further north at the swan river, or on the ocean at woodies???

haven't check tides yet, but for peel estuary to work would have to be around .6m to be useable, and usually the winds are a touch lighter down mandurah way, though someone said as the season progresses this changes???.

It will obviously be a light wind gear day, and if I haven't mentioned it before if we sail peel estuary, you need a weed fin.

Whadddya reckon, we could all meet each other............

Well im home till Wed and the forcast dont look that great again till i go back to work! ( as usual ) Especialy now I got a new board to play on, Finally got myself something for the blowie days.
But am keen for a cruise and catchup, where im not sure, some where we can take advantage of these fickle conditions. Leave the location upto you locals as im new to Perth and have only sailed Melville and Saftey Bay.

Hope it get up a bit as my biggest sail is 7.0 and my big board now is 100L mmmm, but sounds like fun. Let us know!

Attadale foreshore is fun on a NE or woodies. not exactly flat water tho.
There must be a hundred places in the estuary....

Hey grumps your on the wrong thread, this was last Sundays post but I've converted it to this coming Thursday, when it's 20-25 N.E. forecast.
