The wife is starting to get sick of hearing me talk about going faster, I then informed her that this challenge is running until December.... there was a stunned silence, the jaw dropped and she then opened a cask of wine. She has had enough of me ranting on about different fins, better sails etc already.Whats she going to be like when I start to get serious about it.
S...T my wife agees with that too. Tried to get her into sailing, she just got 6 stiches in her foot.Tell her "Its way cheeper than motor racing you know"
Simple ... start trying to fix stuff around the house, you know, bust a couple of taps, leave a really lumpy bit of plaster on the wall when your "fixing" a scratch etc. etc. ...
you will be out sailing before you know it

so it's plenty of sex...then as soon as you are satisfied go out windsurfing and think about the new board and 3 new sails you have just earnt.... then when you get back your hot dinner will be waiting for you, served with a smile and a cold beer
