Sth Yunderup WA - Too shallow?????

I went to the brother-in-law's place the other week & spied what looked to be a spot with half chance of being flat water during a storm.
Has anyone tried sailing here on high tide or is it way too shallow????

yea there is also quite a few trees around there and its not a massive area either, bummer
