Yes, GPSTC is about having fun and bringing like minded people tohether, Chris come back 
Been following the Speed forum, even how haven't strapped a gps on yet or even be skilled enough on a board to sail in maxing out winds, but have followed the posts, getting an idea of the sub-sport (section of windsurfing) that might be fun to get into later on.
So hope Chris doesn't pull outta the comp (don't lose the top riders), as it seems to be building up well and maybe Coffs (Coffs Harbour, NSW) will have a team one day!
Go easy on the rules I reckon (but something to follow is better then nothing), remember windsurfing supposedly killed itself off after the '80's from going to hi-tech, keep this in mind!
Keep at it Chris, we (new sailors etc) need fast sailors to aim at beating in the future!
