I took up GPS speed sailing about a year ago and I'm hooked however I still use a waist harness as this is what I'm used to. I have a seat harness but will need to buy longer harness lines to use it. Is it worth the effort of changing over?

Opinions will vary John, but I definitely find a seat harness more locked in and faster. I think it is worth the change

No. Two reasons
-Give it to me and I will ensure it gets a good home, ( once I have tightened all the straps a fair bit :-)
- it would be a pity for that harness to go to heaven having never seen a decent turn of speed. :-P)

I borrowed a waist harness this week as I'd left my seat harness at home. I was surprised at how well it worked. I even managed a spot PB.
