Who's missing from the GPS Team Challenge?

One glaring omission is Mal Wright, can we get one of you VIC teams to recruit him??

In WA there's quite a few top sailors that aren't in it, I can think of Robbi Raddis off the top of my head, can we recruit him?? Tell him it's about fun and teamwork, no individual stressors involved!!

Just makes it more fun if we're all involved and part of a team, the top guys can just use the gpsteamchallenge as training!!!

I will see if we can sign up Mal for the Pit crew. We asked him originally but he did not feel he could commit to much sailing at the time. Now we realise that does not really matter.

remember you don't have to sail at the same spot, just on the same day.

Oh I thought you were all trying to exclude us loners. Maybe we can form a national team - Australia A. One member from a remote corner of each state. I know there's one lone sailor in WA, Carnarvon - anyone got his email? He was pretty surprised when we turned up after a trip to Ningaloo reef. It's a pretty speedy location he's got all to himself at the mouth of the Gascoyne river.

Mr love,

Your sailing prowess has not gone unoticed amongst the The Pit Crew, you are welcome to join. I think theres some iniation process now where you have to sail out the inlet, thru the surf and carry your gear back across the dunes/spit to the inlet for an easterley or the reverse for a SW.

Either that or a six pack of coldies would do the trick

The trouble with that idea, is that it's a state based challenge, so team members must be based in the same state, although sessions when visiting other states still count.

Nebbs and I are working on something to accommodate more people to enter, and how to help out those that can't be in a team for whatever reason, without this affecting the integrity of the team challenge in any way!!
